Hello Panda is a product of The Meiji Group in Japan. Each Hello Panda biscuit consists of a small hollow shortbread layer, filled with cream of various flavors. Printed on the biscuits are cartoon style depictions of giant pandas doing various activities, such as fencing and archery.
